We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

As we deal in thrift / pre-owned shoes, minor signs of prior use mentioned in the product description are not considered defects.

Returns must be requested before sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll share return instructions and the return address.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
