Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

⚠️ We do not offer refunds.


Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags (if any)

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

As we deal in thrift / pre-owned shoes, minor signs of prior use mentioned in the product description are not considered defects.


How to Request an Exchange

⚠️ Exchanges must be approved before sending the item back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will share return instructions and the exchange address.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

  • Products returned after the 3-day exchange window


Exchange Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm exchange approval.

  • Exchange availability depends on stock.

  • If your requested size or style is unavailable, you may choose another available product of equal value.

  • If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid.
